I have always liked coffee which is peculiar considering that the first cup I ever had was the worst cup I ever had. It was in 1972 while camping in the woods. Someone brought instant coffee. I don't think I have had instant coffee since. It was god awful. Now many years later I am roasting my own green beans and growing coffee at home. Yes, I'm a bit obsessed. I like dark roasts mostly and currently my favorite coffee is Aged Sumatra. I have heard it said by many people that they love the smell of coffee, but it never tastes as good as it smells. To those people my advise is, never buy any coffee in a can, and if you search, you can find coffee that tastes even better than it smells.
